- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, blending again to mix.

Texture Tips: For an even softer texture, ensure that the avocado is very ripe and the white beans are thoroughly cooked until tender. If a smoother consistency is preferred, you can blend the dip longer or add a small amount of vegetable broth to achieve the desired creaminess.
This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To keep the dip from browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface before sealing the container. It should be soft and creamy, with no lumps remaining.
